What we don't do

DLM does not provide architectural design, structural layout, or decisions about where rooms or walls are located. Our work begins once a space's structure is already in place.

How pricing works

Every project has two parts: a design fee for our time and expertise, and the cost of furniture and materials, billed separately at trade pricing. We'll walk through exact numbers for your project during your consultation.
